Trade-In Policy
When you bring in your used books we offer you a trade-in credit for your items. The credit we give is based on age of items, condition of items, and our inventory needs.
•Credit may be used towards 50% of your total purchase for anything in the store except gift certificates, special order items, and new items such as books by local authors. •Trade credits never expire. •We are unable to replace lost trade slips.We accept most paperback and hardback books in both fiction and non-fiction as well as audio books on both CD and Tape.
Items WE DO NOT ACCEPT are listed below:
•Books in poor condition•Older Harlequin and Silhouette romance series•Text Books•Comic Books•Readers Digest Condensed Fiction•Used workbooks and study guides•Magazines/Journals•Video Games, CD’s, Computer Software, VHS tapes, or DVD’s•Incomplete Box SetsIf you have items in your trade-in that we do not accept for trade credit we will return them to you. If you do not want them returned to you we will donate those items or set them out for free in front of the store.
